ComicBook! is a powerful app for creating comics that allows you to unleash your creative superpowers. With a wide range of features and tools, it enables you to transform ordinary images into extraordinary share-worthy creations with ease.
One of the standout features of ComicBook! is its extensive collection of graphic effects. With 105 inspiring layouts, 374 hand-drawn comic stickers, and 12 caption and text tools, you have everything you need to bring your stories to life. Additionally, the app offers auto-content from Flickr, enhancing your creative capabilities.
This app has established itself as a top-selling comic book creation app and was even awarded iTunes Best Photo App of 2011. It has been recognized globally as the App of the Week.
ComicBook! offers great flexibility in terms of image customization. You can import images from your library or Flickr, capture new ones, and easily scale, rotate, and position them within your comics.
The SuperFX feature is optional but highly recommended. It provides the best image-to-comic effects and maintains the integrity of the original image. With eight auto styles, each with customizable detail settings, and four halftone options (CMYK, screen, and line), SuperFX takes your comics to a whole new level.
The FX Builder feature allows you to choose from a variety of comic styles, including classic and manga. Each style has different variations and line options, as well as halftone and digital halftone options. This ensures that you have complete creative control over the visual style of your comics.
ComicBook! also includes 10 legacy image FX filters, such as "Classic" style and photo adjustment filters like Noir, Sinkcity, Poster, Moody, Rock, and Hope Effects. These filters add additional flair and customization options to your comics.
With 374 awesome stickers, the majority of which are hand-drawn by the talented Joanna Mulder, you have a wide range of options to enhance your comics. You can paste PNG and JPG images as custom stickers, position, mirror, scale, and rotate them, and even add optional drop shadows and transparency effects. Furthermore, there are over 500 additional stickers available for further creative expression.
The app offers 11 caption tools, each with its own unique style, including the option for a hand-drawn look. You can choose from small, medium, and large fonts, customize caption background and text colors, and add curved pointers to guide the reader's eye.
ComicBook! provides 105 layouts that cater to various aspect ratios (1:1, 3:2, 4:3, and 16:9) and styles. Whether you prefer fun photo portrait layouts, classic or vintage portrait or landscape layouts, or modern portrait or landscape layouts, you'll find the perfect layout to showcase your comics.
Sharing your creations is made easy with built-in sharing options. You can share directly to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or email JPG or PDF files. The app also supports direct printing for those who prefer physical copies of their comics.
The inclusion of 10 comic fonts with bold and international characters adds a professional touch to your comics. Additionally, there is a title text tool available in six colors and three sizes.
Saving your projects is straightforward. You can save them to your photo library or as editable PDF files. PDF files can be transferred to other devices or opened in any app that supports PDFs. The app also features a graphical project manager that allows you to save and restore projects for convenience.
ComicBook! offers various additional features, including the ability to set default font size and other settings, parental controls, tooltips for easy navigation, comprehensive online help, quick start guides, and native Retina resolution support for both iPhone and iPad devices.

This new SuperFX enhancement sets ComicBook! apart from its previous effects, offering superior visual enhancements, increased resolution, and fully automatic styles. It provides users with the ability to choose from three different detail options and various halftone types, including CMYK and an all-new line screen.
